Dear NFGR supporter,

The gun grabbers are doubling down on gun control!

Immediately after the Supreme Court struck down New York’s law allowing local officials to arbitrarily deny gun carry permits to law-abiding gun owners, anti-gun state politicians began expanding gun control in defiance of the Supreme Court.

The gun grabbers in California went one step further and ATTACKED current gun carry permit holders by illegally releasing their names and personal information to the entire nation.

We’re preparing multiple lawsuits to force the gun grabbers to back down, but we need your help.

Please join us in telling the anti-gun state politicians to CEASE AND DESIST blocking the right to BEAR arms!

For Freedom,

Dudley Brown
President

CEASE AND DESIST Directive to anti-gun state politicians and gun grabbers everywhere:

WHEREAS: The Second Amendment clearly states “the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed;” and

WHEREAS: The Supreme Court ruled in NYSRPA v. Bruen that “may issue” permit regimes like California’s violate the Second and Fourteenth Amendments, stating that “the Second Amendment is not a “second-class right, subject to an entirely different body of rules than the other Bill of Rights guarantees.”; and

WHEREAS: Pro-gun Americans like me strongly oppose ALL unconstitutional gun control schemes and restrictions on our right to self-defense, especially any efforts by state or local officials to unconstitutionally block the right to BEAR arms in defiance of both the Supreme Court and the Constitution; and

WHEREAS: Regardless of party, I will vote against any politician who votes for any gun control.

THEREFORE: As a law-abiding gun supporter, I insist you CEASE AND DESIST any and all efforts to block the right to BEAR arms in your state.
